- We currently ship across India, estimated delivery time 5-7 business days
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is despatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email,SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all the shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Mahsum cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will generally attempt delivery up to twice.
- If the order remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
