Refund policy
Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us at [maahhsum@gmail.com] with your order number.
Exchange & Store Credit Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only.
Eligibility Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery and must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. If your preferred size/colour is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Store Credit Store credit is valid for 2 months from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase at MahSum.
Non-Eligible Items The following cannot be exchanged or credited:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Initiate Email us at [maahhsum@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return within the eligible window. Do not ship items back without prior confirmation.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
